Paintro: The Innovative Solution in Smart Painting Technology
Advantages of Paintro !
FARADAY EFFECT REDUCTION
The reduction of excess paint and excess air used to paint angular and indented areas provides savings, and when looking at the depths of the curves, it has been observed that the Faraday cage effect decreases in PAINTRO painting and the coverage increases in the depths of the curves. Additionally, companies that employ pre-touch personnel solely for this purpose can achieve extra savings by eliminating excess personnel.
ORANGE PEEL EFFECT
Since the gas produced by PAINTRO is lighter and faster than air, it travels further at the same pressure compared to air. Therefore, we need to pull back our spray guns. The biggest advantage of this is that the paint sprayed from a distance reduces the orange peel surface effect.
PAINT SAVINGS
By reducing dusting, increasing adhesion through better paint loading, and achieving equal paint distribution, the combined paint savings result in a 10% to 30% reduction in paint usage, regardless of brand, model, or facility.
SECOND COAT OF PAINT
With Paintro, the risk of miniature static jumps is minimized, reducing the risk of defects and consequently improving the surface quality of the second coat of paint.
HOMOGENEOUS SURFACE DISTRIBUTION
It has been observed that the micron thickness variation on the general flat surface of the paint applied with Paintro has decreased to a difference of +/- 5 microns.
SITUATION FORECAST
By reducing the amount of oxygen in the environment with the Paintro paint application system, there is a relative decrease in the risk of explosions.
REDUCTION OF DUSTING
With less dusting during paint application with Paintro, the reduced amount of paint spillage inside the booth results in cost savings. Additionally, the labor savings are achieved by the reduced time needed to clean up the paint that flies around and settles inside and around the booth
ECONOMIC
When spraying paint with air, even if you have a drying system, you will be spraying paint with a minimum dew point value of +3°C humidity. This humidity shortens the lifespan of your spray gun's consumables and increases maintenance frequency, while also adding moisture to the paint, meaning the paint cannot be reused after recovery. Since PAİNTRO contains no moisture, 1. there will be an increase in the lifespan of spray gun consumables, and 2. the paint you spray will be recoverable from recycling, resulting in cost savings.
BETTER LOADING
When loading paint with 100 units of air, the 21 units of oxygen within the air attract electron particles and adhere to the painted surface. In the Paintro system, however, the entire 100 units are used for paint loading, increasing the amount of paint that adheres to the surface, reducing the amount of paint spillage, and providing paint savings.
PAINT RESERVOIR STATUS: 1
From the moment the paint reservoir starts boiling with Paintro, a reduction in dusting inside the reservoir has been observed. Additionally, since the gas produced by Paintro contains no moisture, the boiled paint becomes drier and more fluid. This contributes to a more homogeneous paint distribution on the surface. Every bit of paint that does not dust inside the reservoir translates to cost savings.
PAINT RESERVOIR STATUS: 2
2. Another major benefit is that paint boiled with Paintro can be stored and reused as if it were freshly prepared, even after being removed from the reservoir for a color change. In contrast, paint boiled with air does not maintain the same performance when used in subsequent days.
PAINT RESERVOIR STATUS: 3
3. Another benefit is that boiling with Paintro prevents clumping in the paint reservoir. As a result, clumped paint particles will not reach the spray guns or injectors, eliminating the risk of clogging. Every bit of paint that doesn't clump and get discarded results in cost savings.
